Crust Free Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven-350
  2. Bake 45 minutes
  3. Use greased 12 pie plate
  4. In large mixing bowl beat eggs untill fluffy Add sugar flour milk vanilla mix well
  5. Stir in Coconut
  6. Pour into pie plate bake
  7. Let cool before serving
