Crushed Yam With Butter

Ingredients:

  • 4lbs yam peeled and washed
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper (optional)

Directions:

  1. Put yams to boil, adding salt to taste
  2. Boil until soft and crushable
  3. Place yams in a large bowl and crush with a fork or masher
  4. Add butter and salt to taste
  5. Spinkle with black pepper(optional)
  6. Serve warm
  7. Perfect for young babies
