  1. Put cream of mushroom soup, french onion soup, and stew meat in the crock pot. Stir all together. Cook at a low setting for 6-8 hours for tender meat. Cook the noodles right before eating. Stir the sour cream into the crock pot before serving and let thicken for a few minutes. Cook egg noodles separately. Put the noodles onto your plates and spoon the stroganoff sauce over.
