Crockpot Corned Beef And Cabbage

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place meat, potatoes, onion and cabbage in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with the seasoning packet that came packaged with the corned beef.
  3. Combine apple juice, brown sugar and mustard in a medium bowl.
  4. Pour over vegetables and meat.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 6-6 1/2 hours or on low for 10-12 hours. Meat and vegetables should be very tender.
  6. Remove meat and vegetables from slow cooker.
  7. Thinly slice the meat across the grain and serve with vegetables.
