Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut peppers in half and remove seeds. Brown peppers, ground beef, crushed garlic, and whole onion together.
  2. While meat mixture is browning put all the other ingredients into the crockpot and stir.
  3. Drain the meat mixture and add to crockpot. Keep onions, garlic, and peppers whole so they can be removed after cooking.
  4. Cook in crockpot on low for 10 hours.
  5. Tastes great when warmed up again later.
  6. (15 servings noted but might be more??)
