Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 -4 lb) roast
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups ketchup
  • 1 large onion, sliced

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in crock pot with enough water to cover meat.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Remove meat.
  4. Slice meat.
  5. Put meat back into gravy.
