Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut peppers with disposable gloves on.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with garlic and lemon powder.
  3. Place in bottom of crock pot topped with tomatoes with green chilies and jalapeno and cayenne pepper.
  4. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
  5. Serve over cooked rice.
