Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups red pepper
  • 1 cup onion
  • 2 cups celery
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. SLICE CHUCK AND VEGGIES AND PUT INTO CROCK POT
  2. ADD SOY SAUCE AND MINCED GARLIC. COOK ON HIGH FOR 3 1/2 HOURS OR LOW FOR 8. MIX TOGETHER WATER AND CORNSTARCH AND TO CROCK POT AND COOK AN ADDITIONAL 1/2 HOUR OR UNTIL THICKENED.
  3. SERVE OVER RICE IF DESIRED
