Ingredients:

  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine tomato sauce, cajun seasoning, and cayenne pepper in bowl.
  2. Spread 1/2 cup of the tomato mixture on the bottom of the crock pot.
  3. Add pork loins to crock pot.
  4. Pour the rest of the tomato sauce mixture over the pork loins.
  5. Cook in crock pot for 6-7 hours on low.
  6. Add salt and pepper and serve over a bed of rice.
