Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown steak in oil; drain.
  2. Place veggies in crock pot; place steak on top.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients except cream and sour cream, and pour over steak.
  4. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
  5. 45 minutes prior to serving, skim off fat, and add cream and sour cream to crock pot.
