Crock-Pot Applesauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 large apples
  • 1 -2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Peel, core and cut apples into quarters. Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until apples are soft. Mash with a potato masher and enjoy!
