  • 1 lg onion-cut into eighths
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. TOSS ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
  2. POUR INTO A 10X15 INCH BAKING DISH
  3. BAKE ON LOWER RACK AT 475 DEGREES FOR 60-70 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY
