Creamy Potato Leek Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan or stock pot, sweat leeks and garlic in butter or margarine and salt until soft.
  2. Add chicken broth, base and potatos and bring to boil, cook until potatos are soft.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in Half and Half and sour cream.
  4. Blend soup with immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
