Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Shape dough into 1 balls.
  2. Dip tops into sugar.
  3. Place 3 apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes or until tops are browned.
