Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Shred cabbage very finely and place in a large bowl.
  2. Peel and grate carrots and mix with the cabbage.
  3. Add the apricot quarters, grapes, raisins, peanuts and mayonnaise.
  4. Toss well together.
  5. Chill until required.
