Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions in salted water, until al dente. Drain.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the milk, cream, pumpkin, and spices together until perfectly blended.
  3. Add 1 cup of shredded cheese to the mixture.
  4. Pour in the macaroni and mix so that it's fully coated.
  5. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish and top with the remaining cup of cheese.
  6. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
