Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Mix together oats, margarine and honey
  3. Press in bottom of 8 inch, loose-bottomed cake pan
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes
  5. Cool.
  6. Peel, pit and coarsely chop mango
  7. Blend in blender with cheese, yogurt and lime rind until smooth.
  8. Heat apple juice until boiling and dissolve gelatin into it.
  9. Stir into cheese mixture
  10. Pour into pan and chill until set
  11. Decorate with mango and lime if desired
