Directions:

  1. Combine the sauerkraut,celery,onion and green pepper in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl combine the sour cream,sugar,horseradish sauce and the Italian dressing mix.
  3. Add to the vegetables and mix well.
  4. Garnish with the olives and paprika.
  5. Chill several hours to allow to blend,before serving.
