Creamy Cucumber Barbecue Potatoe

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes, slice them with skin off 1/4 inch slice
  2. Place on sheet of tin foil
  3. Add butter and garlic salt or powder
  4. Wrap tight in tin foil
  5. Put on barbecue on medium heat
  6. Rotating every 5 minutes
  7. Once the potatoes are soft remove from the barbecue and out of the tin foil and add the creamy cucumber dressing to suit
  8. And enjoy and once you have it you would want it again and again
