Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Put corn through sieve.
  3. Beat egg white until stiff, set aside.
  4. Beat egg yolks until thick and add to corn with seasonings.
  5. Stir in cream.
  6. Then fold in egg whites.
  7. Pour into 1 1/2 quart souffle dish or casserole.
  8. Set in a pan of hot water and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until firm.
  9. Serve at once with mushrooms.
