Directions:

  1. Cut the corn kernels from the cops. Scrape the cobs with the back of your knife to get out all the juice.
  2. Combine the corn, with the juices, and cream in a deep skillet or wide saucepan and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce the heat and keep simmering for about 10 minutes. Stir frequently until thickened.
  3. Serve.
