Creamy Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 3 eggwhites (size large)
  • for decoration you might want some mint leaves, choppede chocolate or some chocolate leaves in white and dark chocolate - whatever, use your imagination

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate in double boiler
  2. Let cool a bit
  3. Beat eggwhite until stiff
  4. Beat cream not quite stiff (semi-stiff?)
  5. Carefully fold eggwhites into chocolate
  6. Fold in whipped cream
  7. Spoon into desired glasses
  8. Leave in fridge for at least three hours
  9. Remove, decorate, enjoy
