Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle chicken breasts evenly with salt and pepper and place in a lightly greased 11x7 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine cheese and next 3 ingredients, and pour over chicken.
  3. Sprinkle with chilies.
  4. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice.
