Creamed Onions and Peas

Ingredients:

  • 2 small onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 15 oz peas
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 3 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in butter
  2. Add milk,simmer to a boil
  3. Add flour stirring constantly
  4. Add peas
  5. Boil onions for 10 minutes and add to the rest of the ingredients
  6. Serve over bread/bisket of choice
