Creamed Corn Fritters

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients together then add egg to milk and mix with dry ingredients.
  2. Fold in corn then drop spoonfuls into hot fat and fry until brown on both sides.
  3. Drain well on paper towels.
