Cream Of Potato Leek Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute the leeks in the oil
  2. Add chopped bacon
  3. Add a few TBl flour to thicken
  4. Slowly add stock
  5. Heat thoroughly
  6. Chop potatoes and add to stock
  7. Cook over low heat for about 45 minutes
  8. Transfer to food processor and puree
  9. Transfer back to pot add half and half
  10. Add cheese
  11. Heat til melted
  12. Serve with crusty bread and a green salad
