Cream of Mushroom Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large pot
  2. Saute mushrooms, carrots, celery and onion in butter until tender.
  3. Whisk in flour.
  4. Add chicken stock.
  5. Add wild rice.
  6. Season to taste.
  7. Bring to a simmer and simmer until heated through.
  8. Add cream and heat through.
