Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Put pecans & butter in oven and toast about 15 minutes at 300°F.
  2. Melt cream cheese over low heat until creamy.
  3. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts; mix very well.
  4. Put in fridge until set.
