Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the flour with the other dry ingredients (not with the corn flakes).
  2. First dip the chicken tenders in the buttermilk and roll in flour mix.
  3. Then dip back in buttermilk.
  4. Now roll in corn flakes.
  5. Put on baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spray chicken with cooking spray.
  6. Bake 45 min at 375*.
