Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauted oninon and bell pepper in butter
  2. Add the rotel and cook down to reduce amount of liquid
  3. Add chopped crawfish and cook for five minutes
  4. Add cream of mushroom and cream of celery
  5. Cook on low for forty minutes, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper
