Ingredients:

  • french bread , 1-2 loaves depending on size and thickness
  • 1-2 tsp butter
  • 1/2 cup each onions and celery
  • 1/4 cup red pepper
  • 3-4 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 =1/2 cup mayo

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Slice bread in half and scoop out inside of top and bottom.
  3. Saute veggies (onion-garlic) in butter until tender.
  4. Add crawfish and remaining ingredients and stir until melted.
  5. Spread mixture into bottom half of loaves, put back together and wrap in foil.
  6. Bake 20-30 minutes.
