Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon till smooth.
  2. Stir in the cranberries.
  3. Evenly spread mixture over one side of the tortillas leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  4. Roll up tortilla jelly roll fashion.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill several hours or overnight .
  6. To serve: Cut each roll in half.
  7. Yield 12 pieces.
  8. Use as a snack , appetizer or party food.
