Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 325º.
  2. Place cheese on cookie sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until softened.
  3. Spoon cranberry orange sauce over cheese and sprinkle with almonds.
  4. Bake 5 minutes longer or until sauce is heated.
  5. Serve with crackers.
  6. To make the cranberry orange sauce:
  7. Wash cranberries.
  8. In 2 quart saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch.
  9. Stir in water and heat to boiling over medium high heat, stirring occasionally.
  10. Stir in cranberries; heat to boiling.
  11. Simmer uncovered 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until cranberries pop.
  12. Stir in marmalade.
  13. Serve sauce warm or chilled.
