Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix 1 cup sugar, flour, salt.
  2. Add cranberries and mix well.
  3. Put mixture into pie crust.
  4. Pour cream over top.
  5. Cover berries with 2nd pie crust.
  6. Make 4-6 slashes in dough for vents.
  7. Brush with remaining cream and sprinkle with 2T sugar.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
