Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in dried cranberries.
  3. Stir in thawed oj concentrate.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Shape into a ball or put in a nice bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Set in fridge for at least 2 hours-overnight - the longer the better.
  7. Take out 20 min before serving to let soften
  8. Serve with crackers or pretzels.
