Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coarsely grind apricots with pecans and cranberries.
  2. Stir in rind, butter, sugar and crumbs then wrap and chill for 2 hours.
  3. Shape mixture into 3/4 inch balls.
  4. Roll balls in coconut.
  5. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
