Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven 400 degrees grease muffin pan
  2. Beat cream cheese and 2 tablespoons sugar in a small bowl til blended set aside
  3. Beat milk oil and egg in large bowl untill blended
  4. Stir in quick bread mix just untill moistened
  5. Fill muffin cups 1/4 full with batter
  6. Drop i tsp. cream cheese mixture in center of each cup
  7. Spoon remaining batter over each muffin cup
  8. Sprinkle batter with leftover sugar on each cup
  9. Bake 17-22 minutes or untill golden brown
  10. Cool 5 minuts remove from pan
