Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine apples, sugar and oil in medium mixing bowl.
  3. Add egg; mix well.
  4. Combine dry ingredients in seperate bowl.
  5. Add apple mixture, mixing just until moist.
  6. Stir in cranberries.
  7. Sprad batter in greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake 350 degrees 1hour.
  9. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing.
