Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups apricot preserves
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2/3 cup orange juice

Directions:

  1. Put apricot preserves, cinnamon, sugar and orange juice in large saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add cranberries and bring mixture back to a boil.
  3. Simmer till sauce is thickened and cranberries have popped.
  4. Put mixture in a food mill and process till solids are separated.
  5. Let cool and serve!
