  1. Grill the bread until the bread is golden brown. In a mixing bowl combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and 2 teaspoons of the chives. Season to taste with pepper. Spread each crisp with one-eighth of the crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining chives, and serve.
