Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the mash with the chives, crab, egg yolk and a pinch of salt and pepper until everything is well combined. Leave to chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Make the mixture into 6 small cylinders then dip each into the egg and then into the breadcrumbs.
  3. You can then either shallow fry or oven bake the Croquettes until golden brown.
