Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in olive oil till soft.
  2. Add grated carrots and crab meat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except milk.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer on low heat 10 minutes.
  6. Pour in milk or heavy cream.
  7. Thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired ( 2T cornstarch with 2 T water).
