Country Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp bacon grease
  • 1 scallot
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat bacon grease in a cast iron skillet. Layer potatoes, scallots, salt, pepper and sprinkle a little flour on top. Continue till all your potatoes are used. Fry over medium heat till golden brown.
