Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In small bowl combine milk and vinegar, let sit 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add mayoniase, sugar and horseradish, mix and add seasonings.
  3. Pour over cabbage and stir.
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  5. I have made this using Splenda and low/non fat milk and mayo, still very good.
