Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cane syrup
  • 1 cup golden raisins or 1 cup sultana

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients and moisten with syrup and milk.
  2. Place in prepared loaf tin, and stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 350 F.
