Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk(any kind , even buttermilk!)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Pour into greased 9X9 inch pan
  3. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes
