Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix together all dry ingredients. Mix together all wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry with a few quick strokes. Pour into greased 8X8 pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
