Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup nonfat milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Mix together all dry ingredients. Mix together all wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry with a few quick strokes. Pour into greased 8X8 pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
