Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz butter
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 19 oz corn
  • 1/2 cup wine

Directions:

  1. Melt butter
  2. Add onions, saute until clear
  3. Add corn and spices
  4. Carmelize the corn and onions
  5. Deglaze with wine
