Ingredients:

  • 10 piece chilli
  • 3/4 package coriander
  • 11/2 tsp ginger garlic 1:2
  • 2 clove pattai
  • 4 clove krambu
  • 2 clove cardamom
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 lb chicken

Directions:

  1. Grind the Grinding Mix
  2. Add oil to pan and add the mix
  3. After frying add chicken
  4. Add water and boil
  5. Wait till oil floats
